Job summary

Peckham Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative for nights and weekends in our East Phoenix office. This phone-based role supports a government customer with a knowledge-base-driven approach to answer inquiries.

You will handle calls in English and Spanish, verify demographics, schedule urgent travel appointments, and escalate complex issues as needed. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, be a U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Ability to pass background checks for federal security clearance.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from U.S. citizens and provide information from a knowledge base.
• Schedule appointments for customers with urgent travel and route calls appropriately.
• Verify and record demographic data and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain quality by following policies and protecting confidential information.
• Support a government customer and promote Peckham’s services.
