You will help mobility‑challenged customers, deliver exceptional service across phone, video, and online messaging, and support an innovative program that connects with consumers in their preferred channel.

You must be fluent in Spanish and English, hold a high school diploma (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus), and bring 3–5 years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, training, public relations, public affairs, sales, or marketing.
• Strong communication skills in both languages.
• Comfort with technology and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, relationship-driven service to members in every interaction.
• Guide and educate members navigating a technology-driven platform.
• Provide personalized support and actionable guidance.
• Diagnose issues and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Assist with billing, payments, and account-related concerns.
• Own the end-to-end member journey and escalation paths.
