Reliable Credit Association in Milwaukie, Oregon is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support branch operations on-site. The role involves serving customers by phone, in person, and electronically, offering solutions, and following up on issues.

It includes collecting past-due loans, arranging payments, funding loans, processing payments and documents, and assisting with loan verifications as needed. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent is generally required, industry experience preferred.
• Strong people interaction skills and service orientation.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service primarily by telephone, in-person, and electronically with appropriate solutions and follow up.
• Collect past due loans and contracts, including making payment arrangements.
• Fund loans and contracts and process payments, mail, titles, and accounts payable.
• Assist with loan approvals verifications and support branch operations.
