Job summary

ThompsonGas in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Spanish required) to support sales, retention and service calls on site. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, data entry, and account updates in CARGAS and MPX systems.

This is an onsite position with no hybrid/remote work. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to upsell in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience (Call center experience preferred).
• Sales experience strongly preferred; ability to upsell products in highly competitive environment a must.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist sales and service opportunities.
• Evaluate sales methods and company programs to meet customer needs and develop leads.
• Address inquiries including pricing, billing, products, and new account set-up.
