The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service, can upsell, and is comfortable using CARGAS and MPX systems. This role requires multitasking, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience; Call center experience preferred.
• Sales experience strongly preferred; upsell products in a highly competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to uncover sales and service opportunities.
• Evaluate sales methods and company programs to meet customer needs and develop leads.
• Address inquiries including pricing, billing, products and new account setup.
• Handle calls with professionalism, warmth and eagerness.
• Maintain knowledge of ThompsonGas products and services.
• Follow policies related to safety, delivery and service.
• Provide accurate order status information.
• Lead outbound calls to collect from past-due accounts.
• Enter/update customer data in CARGAS and MPX systems.
• Process billing payments for walk-ins.
