Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cognitive Evaluation for Spanish speaking patients.
• Back up Cognitive Evaluations administration.
• Process prior authorizations for cognitive testing.
• Logging Social Work assessments.
• General office duties (i.e. filing, copying, letters, faxing, preparing reports, mailing, scheduling maintenance etc.).
• Various other assignments and duties as assigned.
