Job summary

Paycom in Northwest Dallas is seeking a bilingual Sales Associate to process a variety of transactions and deliver fast, friendly service. You will balance cash drawers, handle wires and money orders, and promote company products. The role requires strong English/Spanish communication, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Open environment with on-site duties in a retail/office setting. Responsibilities include cross-selling, maintaining compliance, and supporting marketing

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and advise on rates and options.
• Strong cash handling and accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions including wires, checks, loans, and money orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer inquiries.
• Balance cash drawers and verify balances with the system.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Keep records of transactions and shift details using company systems.
• Support marketing efforts and in-store promotions when needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
