Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to act as the primary Small Business Banking partner for multiple branches, delivering a full range of financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

You will support two to three branches, build and deepen client relationships via proactive outreach, discovery, and consultative selling while maintaining strong CRM discipline and a focus on responsible banking practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish at business level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Grow revenue through outside prospecting, targeted outreach and disciplined follow‑through.
