You will drive growth through proactive outreach, discovery, and consultative selling, while coordinating with branch teams to optimize client value. The role requires outside prospecting, strong relationship management, and compliance with regulatory requirements, including SAFE Act

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English (business-level).

• Serve as the Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Prospect and grow revenue through outbound outreach and disciplined follow-through.
• Provide financial solutions including deposits, lending, treasury management, and payment tools.
