Job summary

Revby LLC is seeking a bilingual Small Business Consultant to join our Denver-based consulting team. The role focuses on financial strategy and access to capital, working directly with small business owners to evaluate financial position and prepare to approach lenders or capital providers.

You will explain financing options in English and Spanish, help identify gaps in financial information, and support documentation and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Expertise in small business financial analysis and access to capital.
• Ability to interpret profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash-flow statements, tax returns, and related financial documentation.
• Experience preparing or reviewing financial projections, budgets, use-of-funds plans, debt schedules, or other lender-facing materials.
• Ability to work from Revby’s Denver office at least two days per week and travel domestically when needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise small business owners in English and Spanish.
• Assess financial health and financing readiness.
• Develop lender-ready financial materials and projections.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve tools, templates, and processes.
