Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be bilingual.
• Commitment to a 50+ hour work week, including weekends.
• Exceptional problem solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including basic Excel skills.
• Discretion in handling confidential matters for the privacy of employee records.
• Regular, punctual attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll timesheets and data entry into payroll system and Excel reconciliation.
• Assist with new hire orientation paperwork and running I-9 verifications as needed.
• Provide payroll changes for site employees to Corporate Office (taxes, direct deposits, transfers, pay changes, etc.).
• Assist with monthly benefit enrollments.
• Communicate with employees regarding issues and concerns.
• Scan and copy various paperwork.
• Collaborate with site Payroll Clerks, Superintendents, Foremen, and Corporate Office on day-to-day payroll and benefit duties and other admin tasks.
