Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Kansas is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to direct programs and implement company policy to ensure total contract compliance. You will help coordinate operations, budgeting, vendor and customer relations, and high-level supervision.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and skilled in planning service schedules, inspecting facilities, and supporting budgets and contracts. This on-site role may require some travel and occasional weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience required: Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience.
• May require a valid driver's license.
• Bilingual a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and developing work schedules to ensure adequate service
• Prepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service)
• Maintain and report on financials such as labor hours, overhead, expenses, billing
• Assist site manager to implement policies and goals
• Assist with plans, budgets, and schedule modifications including cost estimates and contracts
• Some travel to various work locations may be required
