Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee multiple sites with a focus on safety, quality, and schedules. The role requires travel and bilingual Spanish proficiency.

The Area Supervisor will manage budgets, supervise staff, hire and train employees, and ensure customer service excellence while driving profitability and adherence to SBM policies across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 2 years of related experience in the industry.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of multiple sites.
• Develop operating budgets and control expenses within those budgets.
• Foster a safe, positive and achievement-oriented work environment.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly.
• Monitor ongoing work, identify problems, and implement solutions.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to employees.
• Maintain attendance records and leave reports.
• Ensure SBM policies and procedures are followed.
