Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Park City, KS is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to lead service operations, plan work, and coordinate activities across teams to meet contract obligations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and developing work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for program compliance, i.e., safety, quality, and service
• Audit and maintain inventories, supply and equipment
• Assist site manager to implement organization policies and goals
