Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring an Area Supervisor to oversee multiple sites and ensure adherence to procedures, safety, and schedules. The role requires travel and bilingual Spanish proficiency.

You will supervise daily operations, manage budgets, and create a positive work environment while improving customer service and profits. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, coaching, and evaluating staff to meet SBM standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
• 2 years of related experience in the industry.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of multiple sites.
• Develop operating budgets and control expenses within those budgets.
• Develop safe, positive and achievement oriented working environment.
• Respond to customers’ questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Monitor ongoing work, identify problems, and find solutions.
• Implement production plans in accordance with approved schedule.
• Interview and hire new employees.
• Train employees in their job duties to ensure site’s smooth operation.
• Direct and assign work to employees.
• Maintain attendance records and leave reports.
• Ensure SBM policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance management.
• Evaluate location performance and develop improvement plans.
