O’Reilly Auto Parts in Fort Payne, AL is hiring a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance and daily operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of managers and supervising service programs, order processing, returns, invoicing and daily cash procedures to ensure a secure, efficient store.

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns, refunds, and invoicing accurately and place merchandise in the returns area.
