Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. The role requires strong communication and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, with preferred experience in auto parts retail and automotive knowledge.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff adhere to work schedule and clock-in/out policies.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, deposits and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
