Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong platform experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Proven ability to translate stakeholder requests into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, QA/UAT coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
