Job summary

Valet Living's affiliate MultiPro Property Solutions seeks a Bilingual Service Delivery Manager to oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance across a portfolio of apartment communities. You will manage field operations, coordinate independent contractors, ensure safety and quality, and maintain client relationships while driving key service delivery KPIs.

The role requires strong bilingual communication, field leadership, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing services in a high-volume, transactional service environment.
• Field Leadership: directing independent contractors and onsite service delivery.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Customer-focused with strong service excellence.
• Organized and analytical with multi-priority management.
• Relationship builder with onsite decision-makers.
• Problem-solver, calm under pressure, adaptable.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and work order platforms; Salesforce preferred.
• Experience sourcing and onboarding service contractors.
• High school diploma or GED; associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and select construction services.
• Ensure timely, quality work aligned with client expectations.
• Build and manage daily schedules using the work order system.
• Source, select, and dispatch qualified independent contractors.
• Conduct daily site visits to verify status and quality.
• Maintain client and contractor communications on details and progress.
• Close work orders with required photos for payment and billing.
• Coordinate follow-up repairs and return visits as needed.
• Handle service issues and escalations with leadership support.
• Achieve service KPIs like go-back rates and contractor app usage.
