Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead day-to-day Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance across assigned apartment communities. You will manage field operations, vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

This field-based role requires English/Spanish fluency, 5+ years in service operations, strong communication, and the ability to keep schedules, teams, and performance aligned. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in service operations in high-volume environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication and contractor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance and select construction services across communities.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within quality standards and client expectations.
• Build and manage daily schedules using the work order system.
• Source and dispatch qualified independent contractors to meet service demand.
• Conduct site visits to check status, quality and safety compliance.
