Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee daily Make Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and related services across a portfolio of apartment communities. This field-based role requires daily onsite presence, contractor coordination, and strong client communication in a bilingual English/Spanish environment.

You will manage schedules, ensure quality and safety, and travel within the assigned territory to meet service demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field operations experience in a high-volume service environment.
• Experience directing independent contractors and managing onsite service delivery.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual).
• Strong customer-service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and analyze issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery across assigned apartment communities.
• Source, select, and dispatch qualified independent contractors.
• Maintain communication with clients on job status and progress.
• Ensure safety standards and quality control across sites.
