Responsibilities

• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention.
• Build and maintain knowledge of service processes and protocol.
• Utilize phone and internet skills to increase appointments, repair value, and customer retention.
• Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, Toyota customers, referrals, and other service customers.
• Greet clients and schedule appointments.
• Attend to café as needed.
• Schedule pick up and delivery for service appointments.
• Contact clients with connected services.
