Job summary

Covered California is seeking a Bilingual Service Center Representative in the Sacramento Service Center. You will assist consumers with enrolling in health coverage and gain experience using Salesforce and CalHEERS, while also sharpening your MS Office skills.

A strong background in customer service and call-center environments is preferred. This role requires fluency in one of several languages listed and contributes to our mission.

Qualifications

• Moderate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience delivering professional verbal and written communication
• Experience providing customer service in a call center environment
• Experience with call center phone equipment and systems

Responsibilities

• Directly assist consumers with enrolling in health coverage
