Job summary

Give For a Smile seeks a Covered CA/Medical Enrollment Counselor to educate and enroll Latino families across Orange, LA, and Inland Empire counties in English and Spanish. You will conduct outreach events, workshops, and support Medi-Cal, BenefitsCal, and Covered CA enrollments under the Program Director's supervision.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a valid CA driver’s license, a college degree, and experience engaging Latino communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience working with Latino communities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• College degree required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and secures outreach sites and groups.
• Organizes in-person and online workshops using Zoom.
• Enrolls clients in Medi-Cal, BenefitsCal, and Covered CA.
• Maintains records of outreach, education, and enrollment activities.
• Travels locally within the assigned region.
