GMC of Vacaville is seeking a motivated, bilingual Service BDC Representative to join our Service Department in Vacaville, CA. The role emphasizes high-volume calling, appointment scheduling, and strong customer communication.

We will train the right person with the attitude, dependability, and work ethic to succeed in a performance-driven environment. Prior automotive BDC experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Bilingual English/Spanish required to communicate with customers.
• Experience in automotive service or service BDC is preferred, willingness to train the right person.
• Strong phone presence and ability to schedule appointments with precision.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills; dependable and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound service calls, texts, and online appointment requests.
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Make high-volume outbound calls to existing customers.
• Contact customers due or overdue for maintenance.
• Follow up on missed appointments and unsold service opportunities.
• Confirm next-day appointments and recalls campaigns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer notes and CRM data.
• Work with Service Advisors and Management to improve volume and retention.
