Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of a portfolio of complex and high-volume projects in the multi-family sector. You will lead internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors, coordinating with owners’ representatives and property managers to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.

This field-based role requires strong scheduling and budgeting skills, as well as OSHA/compliance awareness, with up to 90% travel

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in high-volume complex construction, renovation, or make-ready projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through closeout.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, estimating, scheduling, and WIP management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects—from initiation to closeout using advanced tools to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Manage a high-volume active portfolio (25-40 WIP projects) across recurring properties.
• Enforce safety programs and comply with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and building codes; oversee security protocols on restricted sites.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, progress payments, change orders, and related documentation (RFIs, pay apps, REAs).
• Source, onboard, and manage subcontractors across multiple trades and locations.
• Coordinate pre-construction and on-site activities, risk trackers, and inventory where applicable.
• Maintain regular client communications and provide status updates to owners and contracting officers.
