Job summary

WEOKIE Federal Credit Union is seeking a Bi-Lingual Mortgage Loan Processor to handle first, second, and ITIN mortgage loans. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and a commitment to accurate processing and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include document collection and review, LOS data verification, and timely communication with borrowers, agents, and title providers. Strong knowledge of loan products and licensing is essential in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze credit reports, automated underwriting decisions, title commitments, and other mortgage documents.
• Demonstrate ability to learn and use mortgage loan origination processing systems and third party websites.
• Knowledge of conventional and Fannie Mae loan products and guidelines.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication.
• Maintain NMLS and SAFE Act licensing requirements annually.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance on site.
• Review and upload all required documents for first, second, and ITIN mortgage loans in a timely manner.
• Verify and examine documents input into the LOS for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with all parties regarding required documents, milestones, and conditions.
• Order and review appraisals, title commitments, flood determination, insurance evidence, and income verification.
• Manage processing pipeline and provide weekly updates to involved parties.
• Deliver completed processing files to the closing team within 5 business days.
• Coordinate closings with borrowers, agents, and title providers as needed.
• Participate in coaching and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
