Aufgaben

• Reviews and inputs incoming documents (i.e. VOE, VOD, credit, etc.) into Mortgage Loan Operating System (LOS).
• Reviews residential loan application file to verify data completeness and compliance with standards.
• Re-runs Automated Underwriting System (AUS) to ensure appropriate automated decision.
• Recommends denial for loans not meeting standards.
• Contacts lenders to obtain property abstracts, surveys, and appraisals when needed.
• Determines if and what type of appraisal should be ordered.
• Reviews appraisals for errors and compliance with underwriting criteria.
• Notifies supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Assembles file in electronic imaging system and checks for completeness and accuracy.
