HumanGood is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Glenside, PA to organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program to meet residents’ psycho-social needs and help them continue living independently in the community. This full-time role offers Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range of $25.00–$27.00/hour based on experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year case management, 2+ years social services in a senior setting, a BA in social work or related field, and bilingual

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in case management.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin.
• Social Services certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, health, psychological and social needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA and all privacy standards.
• Collaborate with community team members to support residents.
