Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist to support the Mid-Southeast Region from a remote location within one hour of Washington, DC. The role emphasizes strategic HR partnerships, talent initiatives, and compliance across multiple clients.

Expect collaboration with senior HR leadership and regional accounts to drive best practices. The SHRG will lead talent reviews, DEI initiatives, and compensation projects while partnering with Acquisition and COE teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in human resources.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and conduct formal interviews in Spanish.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence leaders at all levels (virtual and local).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build partnerships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value-added HR services including talent management, performance management, DEI, compensation planning, and project management.
• Collaborate with business leaders and COE to integrate tools for leadership development and management training.
• Provide HR guidance and coaching to managers and employees at all levels.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop talent pipelines and participate in interviews.
• Support compensation initiatives such as benchmarking, job grading, and program reviews.
• Support DEI initiatives and broad HR priorities across multiple HR disciplines.
• Advise on employee relations, policy interpretation, and compliance, including investigations as needed.
