You will partner with the HR team across the US and Canada, handle onboarding, lifecycle transactions, and maintain HRIS data with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bilingual HR professional fluent in English and French.
• Experience delivering HR programs, leave management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers, overseeing HR mailbox inquiries and employment verification requests.
• Coordinate and monitor leave administration through HRIS platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and policy alignment.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation, preparing employee documentation and resources.
• Partner with HR to administer lifecycle transactions: hires, terminations, changes, transfers, leaves, and position changes.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of HRIS data and employee records.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and practices.
• Stay current on employment legislation and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant HR processes.
• Support U.S. and Canadian reporting obligations to fulfill regulatory requirements.
• Assist in I-9 processing and E-Verify verifications as needed.
