LSI Industries in Tampa, FL is seeking a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist to support two sites, Tampa and Alpharetta, GA. The role partners with site leadership to deliver HR services across onboarding, compensation, and compliance in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR generalist experience, strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and HRIS/timekeeping, and excellent communication skills in a bilingual setting. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
• Experience managing timekeeping, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and multi-state employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding for employees at appointed sites, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Enter new hires into HRIS and maintain accurate records per policy and legal requirements.
• Audit and process timecards for accurate payroll submission (no payroll processing).
• Support open enrollment and answer benefits questions without administering plans.
• Partner with site leadership on onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
