LSI Staffing is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with manufacturing leadership, balancing high-volume recruiting with day-to-day HR operations on-site at our Houston facility. The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting for hourly and skilled positions, HRIS management in UKG, onboarding, benefits, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate on-site HR experience in manufacturing, strong UKG HRIS expertise, and bilingual proficiency, ensuring effective communication

Qualifications

• Manufacturing HR experience required.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting for blue-collar roles.
• Hands-on UKG HRIS experience.
• Bilingual proficiency is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 50% full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions.
• Oversee HR operations, onboarding, benefits, HRIS management.
• Maintain UKG HRIS data integrity and reporting.
• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Partner with plant leadership to align staffing and HR processes.
