Job summary

Scion Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist to support California operations in San Ramon. This full-time, onsite role handles full-cycle HR for about 75 employees, including employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, compliance, and training.

The ideal candidate will work effectively with a blue-collar, hourly, field-based workforce and must be fluent in English and Spanish. The position offers a competitive salary and strong benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, and workforce needs for hourly and field-based employees.
• Oversee or support payroll, timekeeping, benefits, leave administration, and employee records.
• Partner with leadership to improve employee engagement, retention, training, and HR processes.

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist for an established organization supporting its California operations. This is a full-time, direct-hire, onsite opportunity in San Ramon, CA.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Bilingual Senior HR Generalist will serve as a key HR resource for the organization’s California operations, supporting approximately 75 employees. This is a hands-on, full-cycle HR position responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, compliance, leave administration, and training.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and supporting a blue-collar, hourly, and field-based workforce. Strong English and Spanish communication skills are required.

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
• Experience with workers’ compensation, payroll, benefits, leave administration, and recruiting.
• Preferred experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or HR support within industrial, construction, manufacturing, field services, or similar environments.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers a salary of up to $125,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.

This is an onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM opportunity in San Ramon, CA.
