• Handle workers' compensation, leave administration, and return-to-work processes
• Support workplace safety initiatives, trainings, and OSHA compliance efforts
• Partner with managers and employees to address HR-related concerns and provide guidance
• Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and policy administration
• Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects as needed

Bilingual HR Generalist in San Diego, CA

LHH has partnered with a growing construction company in San Diego that is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a hands‑on HR role supporting a fast‑paced workforce and is ideal for someone with experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or other industrial environments. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, knowledgeable in California employment laws, safety programs, and employee relations, and comfortable partnering with employees and leadership at all levels.

Schedule

Pay Details: $40.00 to $46.00 per hour
