The HR Manager will serve as the primary HR resource for the organization’s California operations, supporting approximately 75 employees. This is a hands‑on role overseeing a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, compliance, leave administration, and training. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting a blue‑collar, hourly workforce and working independently in a dynamic environment.
This position offers a salary of up to $125,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching. This is an onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM opportunity in San Ramon, CA.
