Job summary

Ultimate Staffing seeks a Bilingual HR Generalist to join a client in Fort Worth in a full-time, direct-hire, 100% onsite role. You will support a broad range of HR functions and promote a compliant, positive work environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years HR experience, bilingual English/Spanish (or English/Mandarin), strong Excel and Paycom skills, and effective communication. SHRM/PHR is a plus. A fast-paced, collaborative team awaits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP) preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • Experience with Paycom is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and employee relations while fostering inclusivity and engagement.
  • Administer company policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; stay current with regulatory updates and policy adjustments.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, support open enrollment, address questions, and serve as primary contact for benefits matters.
  • Support employee development by coordinating performance management activities, assisting with goal setting, and giving feedback to strengthen performance.
  • Partner with leadership to coordinate training programs aligned with organizational needs and goals.
  • Process accurate payroll for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
