The role requires 5+ years of multifamily management, strong financial acumen, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Join a hands‑on leadership team focused on excellence and compliant operations across communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Strong financial experience with budgets and performance
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• CAM, CAPS or CPM certifications preferred
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English) preferred

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue and occupancy across properties
• Manage budgets, pricing, concessions, rent rolls, and market analyses
• Hire, train, and develop on‑site staff and ensure policy compliance
• Oversee on‑site administration, payroll, and performance evaluations
• Monitor market trends and portfolio competition to drive results
• Coordinate with Property Managers and VP to ensure consistent performance
