Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Spanish required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations: collect rent, assist with maintenance requests, and timely follow-ups.
• Leasing support: assist with leasing, renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination to maintain occupancy goals.
• Administrative duties: manage resident files, waiting lists, income documentation, renewals, and inspections.
• Community walks: conduct regular property inspections for curb appeal, safety, and cleanliness.
• Vendor & contractor coordination: build relationships with third-party providers for timely, quality work on-site.
• Compliance & reporting: ensure files comply with policies and housing regulations; assist audits and data collection.
