The role requires hands-on leadership, fiscal responsibility, and a proactive approach to risk and compliance in a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong financial management experience with budgets and performance.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue and monitor occupancy across properties.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and market analysis.
