Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
• Certifications in Housing Credit or related management fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Associates and supervise on-site personnel and training.
• Manage rent collection and lease administration in accordance with laws.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and reporting.
• Prepare and present management reports for Supervisor & Owner.
• Oversee maintenance scheduling and safety programs.
• Represent the company professionally to residents, vendors and clients.
