Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee an apartment community, lead on-site staff, and ensure profitable operations in line with company standards.

The role covers leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, financial performance, and team leadership to deliver an exceptional living experience for residents. Flexibility for evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management; multifamily experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be available to respond to emergencies during and after normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff, mentor teams, conduct performance reviews, and coaching.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, monitor rent collections, and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, tours, applications, approvals, and move-ins to maintain occupancy.
