Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proven success leading teams and improving property performance.
• Strong financial, budgeting, leasing, and operational experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CAM, CAPS, CPM or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy, revenue, collections, renewals, and overall property performance.
• Manage pricing, concessions, market surveys, budgets, and financial results.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Community Managers and site teams.
• Establish accountability and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
• Conduct property, operational, financial, and performance reviews.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, resident retention, and renewal strategies.
• Partner with maintenance teams to ensure timely turns, work orders, and property upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Identify challenges and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Support new initiatives, technology, and software implementation.
