Harness is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative focused on Latin America and South America. You will generate new opportunities, handle inbound inquiries, follow up on marketing campaigns and collaborate with the sales team to build pipeline and drive revenue.

Professional proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is required. Portuguese is a plus; though not required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect into Target Accounts.
• Cold call, email, LinkedIn outreach for strategic outreach.
• Utilize lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Nav, Salesforce, Outreach, LeadIQ.
• Act as collaborative strategic partner to Account Executives.
• Exceed daily, monthly, quarterly KPIs and pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals.
• Conduct high-level conversations explaining the value proposition of the Harness Platform.
