Job summary

UiPath is hiring a Business Development Representative to develop new opportunities across Latin American markets in Portuguese and English. You will prospect, engage, and qualify leads through outbound campaigns and coordinate with Enterprise Sales Executives to advance opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 6–12+ months in sales, strong presentation skills, and an automation-first mindset. This role offers flexibility in location and potential hybrid/remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related field.
• 6-12+ months of experience in a sales role (internship experience counted).
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Experience communicating with customers across Latin American markets is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings for Field Reps through calls, emails, and campaigns.
• Prospect, engage, and build relationships with Latin American customers in Portuguese and English.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate UiPath solutions.
• Set up meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
