Coface in Miami is seeking a motivated bilingual Sales Development Representative for a full-time role focused on building a robust pipeline for Trade Credit Insurance solutions. This entry-level path includes structured onboarding, sales training, and clear progression into a revenue-generating position.

You will generate and qualify leads, engage prospects by phone and email, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align on target accounts, campaigns, and messaging.

Qualifications

• High School Degree is required.
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales roles and customer-facing positions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Generating and qualifying new leads through outbound outreach, inbound follows-up, and prospecting activities.
• Building and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities to support sales targets and regional growth objectives.
• Engaging target personas through phone, email, and other digital channels.
• Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on target accounts, campaigns, and messaging.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics).
