Coface is hiring motivated, early-career Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline growth for our Trade Credit Insurance business across the U.S. This entry-point role offers structured development and dedicated training, with a clear path to a revenue-generating Business Development Officer (BDO) position.

You will build foundational skills in prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling while partnering with experienced sales pros.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Hunter/closer mentality and resilience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through outbound and inbound activity.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities to support targets.
• Engage target personas via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Apply qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT) before passing to sales.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on accounts, campaigns and messaging.
• Maintain accurate CRM records including interactions and status.
