Coface in the United States is hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build pipeline for our Trade Credit Insurance business across the U.S. This role offers structured development and dedicated sales training, with a defined path into a revenue-generating Business Development Officer (BDO) position.

It’s an ideal entry point for individuals seeking a career in B2B sales within a high-growth, recession-resilient industry.

Qualifications

• High School Degree is required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach and inbound follow-up.
• Build and manage a pipeline to support sales targets and regional growth.
• Engage target personas via phone, email, and other channels.
• Apply qualification frameworks (e.g. BANT) before handing off to Sales.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on target accounts, campaigns, and messaging.
• Maintain CRM records with prospect interactions, status and pipeline activity.
