You will own the full hiring cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.You will ensure a positive candidate experience, expand pipelines across platforms, and use bilingual skills daily to communicate with candidates and team members. A strong interpersonal, organizational mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong written and verbal skills.
• Proven recruiting experience, preferably bilingual.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define exact role requirements.
• Provide a stellar candidate experience and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Creatively source diverse candidates on social media and hiring platforms.
• Keep the recruitment process organized, legally compliant, and aligned with company values.
• Use bilingual skills daily to communicate with candidates and team members.
