Open Scientific seeks an experienced Scientific Recruiter for its Brookhaven, NY location to recruit for R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing roles in pharma and chemical industries.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, source candidates through social media and networks, perform resume reviews and interviews, and document activity in the ATS with strong organizational skills.

Competenze

• BS degree in Biology, Chemistry or other scientific or engineering discipline a must.
• Must have prior experience as a Scientific Recruiter.
• Proficiency with internet search techniques and social media.
• Must be highly organized and detailed oriented with excellent time management capabilities.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are looking for a fun, smart, hardworking individual to help us recruit the top talent within the Scientific, Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. The right candidate will be familiar recruiting for all levels of R&D and Manufacturing skill sets within the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
